Allergies

Do you have allergies? I know they can be bad enough to take over your life.

I am allergic to fragrances, which are in nearly everything, and any airborne chemicals such as room air fresheners and household cleansers. I try my best to avoid contact with such things. When I am around a person wearing a noticeable fragrance, I don’t linger nearby for long!

For seasonal hay fever, the best remedy I’ve ever tried is honey. The honey must be raw and from within fifty miles of where you live and work. The theory is that the bees make the honey from the same pollens that are causing your hay fever, so taking one tablespoon of honey each day is supposed to build immunity against the pollens. I must warn you to consider this carefully before trying it. If you have ever had a bad reaction to honey, please do not eat honey without consulting your doctor.

I don’t like to take drugs, but I would probably try a few if I had serious hay fever.

The only skin rashes I have experienced were temporary and responded well to hydrochloride cream.

My biggest solution to these problems is to make sure I give my body enough nutritional support so it can fight off whatever comes my way.
